The team at CCBC seeks to follow the guidelines set in scripture by Paul "to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ," as mentioned in Ephesians 4:12-13.
Rev. Randy Mellichamp
Rev. Randy Mellichamp is the Senior Pastor at Camp Creek and has been serving the church for the past 17 years. Starting ministry after college as a youth pastor, Randy has also served the community in other ways since then including FCA, DSS, and through other local non-profit organizations.
Randy has a wife, Michelle, who is his partner in ministry as well as 3 boys, Nathan, Andrew, and Caleb. Randy enjoys developing relationships with members of the church and making sure everyone around him feels welcome and at home.

Rev. Drew Dutton
Rev. Drew Dutton has been serving our church since the summer of 2015. Starting as a part time youth pastor, he has moved to the position of Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship since 2021. Drew has been a professing Christian since he was 6 years old and felt a call to ministry at age 17.
Drew has a wife, Hannah, and a son, Theo, who he loves spending time with. His favorite parts of church are worship music, technology integration, and connecting people with the ministries in which they feel best called to serve. Drew is also a passionate teacher when it comes to the practical ways faith can be applied to everyday life.

Rev. Charlie Simpson
Rev. Charlie Simpson has been in the lancaster community for 15 years now serving in various pastoral roles. Our most recent hire at Camp Creek, Charlie is the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Development and seeks to plug church members into small groups where they can train to be better disciples and learn how to point others to Christ.
Charlie and his wife, Shelley, have proven to be a wonderful addition to our church family as they seek to encourage, comfort, and lead those around them.

Michelle Taylor
Michelle Taylor has been keeping CCBC on track for the past 29 years as our secretary extraordinaire. From keeping finances straight to organizing our vacation bible schools, Michelle truly keeps the church operational!
Michelle and her husband, Joe, have been in the church for a lifetime. This is where they raised both of their children, Austin and Colby, and they have dedicated their lives to seeing the community in this church flourish with each new curve in the road. They also helped start and continue to help run our student ministry!

Austin Taylor
Austin has been a member of CCBC his whole life and has recently become a leading part of our team. Though he primarily takes care of the cleanliness inside the building, Austin has taken on various other tasks including piano playing for invitational music, filling in as worship leader, and taking care of the student ministry.
Austin has a true servants heart and has blessed the church on multiple occasions through his leadership in song and scripture. Austin loves finding a musical challenge in worship and practicing until he can see it come to fruition.
